Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:

We hope you will enjoy your Soothebury gifts as much as we do! However, we understand that sometimes things are different than planned.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within seven 7 days of receipt. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, offering a full refund or replacement depending on the manufacturer's policy. To expedite the process, please email us at Info@soothebury.com  with photos of the damage and your order number.

Standard Returns and Exchanges: 

Non-damaged items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, with proof of purchase (receipt or packing slip). Please note that some exclusions may apply (see below). All returned items must be in original, unopened, and unused condition. 

Items not eligible for Return or Exchange: 

  • Personalized items

  • Items marked "Final Sale"

  • Items damaged due to wear and tear

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

  1. Contact us by email at Info@soothebury.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.

  2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging, if possible.

  3. Include a copy of your receipt or packing slip and the RA number in the package.

  4. Ship the package to the following address:  Atlanta, Georgia 30012
